A fun\u00e7\u00e3o do cabo de igni\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 transmitir a tens\u00e3o gerada pela bobina de igni\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 vela de igni\u00e7\u00e3o sem perdas.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Cabos_de_ignicao_estrutura_e_funcao\"><\/span>Cabos de igni\u00e7\u00e3o: estrutura e fun\u00e7\u00e3o<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>A alta tens\u00e3o de igni\u00e7\u00e3o gerada pela bobina de igni\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 transmitida \u00e0 <a href=\"\/produtos\/vela-de-ignicao-11005\/\">vela de igni\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a> e gera uma fa\u00edsca de igni\u00e7\u00e3o. Uma liga\u00e7\u00e3o segura \u00e9 importante para a transfer\u00eancia de energia. Dependendo do design do seu ve\u00edculo, isto pode ser conseguido de diferentes formas. Existem distribuidores de igni\u00e7\u00e3o mec\u00e2nicos e tampas de distribuidor, m\u00f3dulos de igni\u00e7\u00e3o totalmente electr\u00f3nicos, bem como igni\u00e7\u00f5es semi-directas ou bobinas de igni\u00e7\u00e3o de fa\u00edsca dupla.<\/p>\r\n<p>A alta tens\u00e3o emitida pela bobina de igni\u00e7\u00e3o pode ultrapassar os 30.000 volts. Por conseguinte, os <a href=\"\/produtos\/cabos-de-ignicao-11009\/\">cabos de igni\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a> devem ser concebidos de modo a serem particularmente resistentes a perfura\u00e7\u00f5es. Se a tens\u00e3o de igni\u00e7\u00e3o penetrar na bainha, isto conduz a uma falha de igni\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p>A transmiss\u00e3o deve ter o m\u00ednimo de perdas poss\u00edvel. No entanto, s\u00e3o utilizadas resist\u00eancias nos sistemas de cabos de igni\u00e7\u00e3o. A raz\u00e3o para tal \u00e9 que todos os dispositivos el\u00e9ctricos geram campos electromagn\u00e9ticos de diferentes intensidades, que por vezes podem causar interfer\u00eancias. Isto aplica-se, por exemplo, aos auto-r\u00e1dios ou \u00e0s unidades de controlo do motor. Por este motivo, s\u00e3o utilizadas resist\u00eancias no <a href=\"\/produtos\/sistema-de-ignicao-110\/\">sistema de igni\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a> para suprimir as interfer\u00eancias. Existe uma ideia errada generalizada de que as resist\u00eancias limitam a energia de igni\u00e7\u00e3o e a pot\u00eancia do motor. No entanto, note-se que as resist\u00eancias utilizadas s\u00e3o seleccionadas de forma a que este efeito indesej\u00e1vel seja negligenci\u00e1vel. Mesmo que o complexo funcionamento interno dos cabos de igni\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o seja vis\u00edvel \u00e0 primeira vista, eles enfrentam desafios exigentes. As altas tens\u00f5es de igni\u00e7\u00e3o enfrentam altas temperaturas ambiente de at\u00e9 200 graus Celsius (devido a motores cada vez mais potentes e correspondentes <a href=\"\/produtos\/catalisadores-12113\/\">conversores catal\u00edticos<\/a>).<\/p>\r\n<p>Muitos cabos de igni\u00e7\u00e3o mais antigos j\u00e1 n\u00e3o seriam capazes de fornecer um desempenho t\u00e3o elevado. Os ve\u00edculos mais recentes requerem cabos de igni\u00e7\u00e3o de silicone particularmente resistentes \u00e0 temperatura (classe F) que podem suportar temperaturas at\u00e9 220 graus Celsius e s\u00e3o \u00e0 prova de perfura\u00e7\u00e3o at\u00e9 40.000 volts. Estes cabos de igni\u00e7\u00e3o evitam a perda de energia e garantem uma seguran\u00e7a \u00f3ptima contra l\u00edquidos como a gasolina, \u00e1gua ou \u00e1cido. Tamb\u00e9m cumprem os desafios da supress\u00e3o de interfer\u00eancias e garantem a compatibilidade electromagn\u00e9tica.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Cabo_de_ignicao_Possiveis_defeitos\"><\/span>Cabo de igni\u00e7\u00e3o: Poss\u00edveis defeitos<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u00c0 medida que o cabo de igni\u00e7\u00e3o do seu ve\u00edculo envelhece, os contactos de lat\u00e3o ou de a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel tendem a oxidar. Como resultado, a resist\u00eancia do cabo de igni\u00e7\u00e3o aumenta. Isto, por sua vez, aumenta o risco de falha da bobina de igni\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\r\n<p>Os muitos sinais de sistemas de cabos de igni\u00e7\u00e3o defeituosos incluem indicadores de desgaste, como falhas de igni\u00e7\u00e3o, interfer\u00eancias de r\u00e1dio ou ralenti inst\u00e1vel. O aumento do consumo de combust\u00edvel tamb\u00e9m pode indicar um defeito no cabo de igni\u00e7\u00e3o. Tamb\u00e9m se pode assumir um defeito de desempenho da igni\u00e7\u00e3o como a causa no caso de um teste de emiss\u00f5es falhado, no qual foram registados valores de di\u00f3xido de carbono excessivamente elevados. Por fim, os c\u00f3digos de avaria que indicam uma falha de igni\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m podem fornecer informa\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\r\n<p>Um defeito no sistema do cabo de igni\u00e7\u00e3o pode ser diagnosticado inicialmente pelo aspeto visual do cabo de igni\u00e7\u00e3o. Por conseguinte, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio efetuar primeiro uma inspe\u00e7\u00e3o visual dos eventuais danos. Por exemplo, uma deforma\u00e7\u00e3o do revestimento de pl\u00e1stico pode indicar uma instala\u00e7\u00e3o incorrecta do cabo de igni\u00e7\u00e3o. No entanto, tamb\u00e9m pode acontecer que os danos nos cabos de igni\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o sejam visualmente reconhec\u00edveis. Se os cabos de igni\u00e7\u00e3o parecerem n\u00e3o estar danificados, pode verific\u00e1-los com um mult\u00edmetro. Por isso, \u00e9 aconselh\u00e1vel um conjunto completo de cabos de igni\u00e7\u00e3o em determinadas quilometragens ou numa determinada idade do ve\u00edculo. Tenha em aten\u00e7\u00e3o que os cabos de igni\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o constitu\u00eddos por componentes complexos que t\u00eam de ser combinados com precis\u00e3o entre si.
