No entanto, num ve\u00edculo h\u00edbrido ou el\u00e9trico, o sistema de ar condicionado pode desempenhar fun\u00e7\u00f5es adicionais, como o arrefecimento da bateria, o arrefecimento da bateria que alimenta a eletr\u00f3nica de alto desempenho.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Como_funciona_um_compressor_eletrico\"><\/span>Como funciona um compressor el\u00e9trico<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Ao contr\u00e1rio dos ve\u00edculos com motores de combust\u00e3o, nos quais os compressores convencionais acciona-se mecanicamente atrav\u00e9s de uma correia de transmiss\u00e3o adicional, os ve\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos est\u00e3o equipados com compressores el\u00e9ctricos, os chamados e-compressores, que s\u00e3o alimentados por corrente de alta tens\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>O e-compressor \u00e9 composto por:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Inversor<\/strong> &#8211; Controla o motor e converte a corrente cont\u00ednua da bateria de alta tens\u00e3o em corrente alternada para o motor. A unidade de controlo do ar condicionado el\u00e9trico fornece sinais de velocidade do compressor ao inversor atrav\u00e9s da unidade de controlo de alta tens\u00e3o, de modo a controlar a velocidade do compressor el\u00e9trico.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Motor el\u00e9trico<\/strong> &#8211; Motor DC sem escovas que utiliza um \u00edman permanente como rotor e uma bobina como estator para acionar o compressor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Unidade de compressor<\/strong> &#8211; O compressor scroll \u00e9 um eixo com um rotor em espiral\/parafuso que \u00e9 utilizado para bombear e depois comprimir o refrigerante.<\/p>\n<p>Um motor el\u00e9trico funciona a mais de 200 volts e \u00e9 arrefecido por uma mistura de refrigerante e \u00f3leo. Por conseguinte, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio um \u00f3leo de compressor diel\u00e9trico especial (n\u00e3o condutor) para evitar avarias no motor. Se apenas 1% de \u00f3leo PAG46 p\u00f3s-venda for adicionado a este \u00f3leo POE, a resist\u00eancia de isolamento desce para menos de 1 megohm. O corante \u00e9 condutor e apenas \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria uma pequena quantidade para neutralizar as propriedades isolantes do \u00f3leo. Atualmente, n\u00e3o existem corantes aprovados pelos fabricantes de equipamento original.<\/p>\n<p>NOTA: N\u00c3O utilize o corante UV para a dete\u00e7\u00e3o de fugas.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Manutencao_do_compressor_eletrico\"><\/span>Manuten\u00e7\u00e3o do compressor el\u00e9trico<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Embora a maioria das oficinas de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o de ar condicionado s\u00f3 possa processar um tipo de \u00f3leo, existem unidades com um &#8220;programa de lavagem interna&#8221; que tamb\u00e9m pode se utilizar para mudan\u00e7as de \u00f3leo em ve\u00edculos h\u00edbridos\/el\u00e9ctricos. Para evitar a mistura acidental de diferentes tipos de \u00f3leo, recomenda-se a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de, por exemplo, recipientes, mangueiras, tubos e kits de inje\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00f3leo especiais ligados ao circuito de ar condicionado dos ve\u00edculos h\u00edbridos e el\u00e9ctricos para atestar o \u00f3leo no sistema ou a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de uma esta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7o de ar condicionado separada.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_16506\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-16506\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-16506\" src=\"https:\/\/www.motointegrator.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2024\/06\/Picture13-1-300x286.png\" alt=\"NRF\" width=\"300\" height=\"286\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-16506\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Imagen 13. Por isso a taxa de fuga de refrigerante \u00e9 inferior \u00e0 de um compressor mec\u00e2nico. No entanto, \u00e9 muito importante manter o n\u00edvel correto de refrigerante, dado que podem ocorrer problemas se o n\u00edvel for demasiado baixo ou demasiado alto.<\/p>\n<p>Portanto, os ve\u00edculos h\u00edbridos e el\u00e9ctricos tamb\u00e9m requerem uma manuten\u00e7\u00e3o regular.
