Desta forma, o combust\u00edvel e o ar podem formar uma mistura inflam\u00e1vel com a qual o motor funciona. A v\u00e1lvula de acelera\u00e7\u00e3o regula\/determina a velocidade do motor atrav\u00e9s da rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre o combust\u00edvel e o ar.<\/p>\n<h2>Como funciona a v\u00e1lvula de borboleta?<\/h2>\n<p>Quando a v\u00e1lvula de borboleta est\u00e1 aberta, o ar entra sem obst\u00e1culos na c\u00e2mara de combust\u00e3o. \u00c9 ent\u00e3o aspirado pelos pist\u00f5es atrav\u00e9s das v\u00e1lvulas de admiss\u00e3o. Para al\u00e9m do combust\u00edvel, o oxig\u00e9nio atmosf\u00e9rico tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 importante para o processo de combust\u00e3o. O pr\u00f3prio combust\u00edvel \u00e9 injetado no cilindro. Quando o pist\u00e3o volta a subir, a mistura ar-combust\u00edvel \u00e9 primeiro comprimida e depois inflamada pela <a href=\"\/produtos\/vela-de-ignicao-11005\/\">vela de igni\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>A v\u00e1lvula de borboleta controla a quantidade de combust\u00edvel queimado em cada curso do pist\u00e3o e assegura que esta combust\u00e3o \u00e9 efectuada da forma mais eficiente poss\u00edvel. Quando a v\u00e1lvula de acelera\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 fechada, n\u00e3o entra ar e, por conseguinte, n\u00e3o entra oxig\u00e9nio no motor e o processo de combust\u00e3o \u00e9 interrompido. A press\u00e3o no pedal do acelerador controla todas as borboletas de acelera\u00e7\u00e3o, sejam elas el\u00e9ctricas ou electr\u00f3nicas.<\/p>\n<h2>Os diferentes tipos de v\u00e1lvulas de borboleta<\/h2>\n<p>Instalada na conduta de admiss\u00e3o do motor, a borboleta de acelera\u00e7\u00e3o era accionada pelo pedal do acelerador atrav\u00e9s de um cabo nos ve\u00edculos mais antigos. Nos ve\u00edculos mais modernos, existem diferentes formas de acionar uma v\u00e1lvula de acelera\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n<h3>V\u00e1lvula de borboleta com motor el\u00e9trico<\/h3>\n<p>O cabo do acelerador controla mecanicamente a posi\u00e7\u00e3o das v\u00e1lvulas do acelerador nas v\u00e1lvulas do acelerador com motor el\u00e9trico. Um sinal el\u00e9trico indica a sua posi\u00e7\u00e3o atual na unidade de controlo do motor; o sistema de gest\u00e3o do motor processa a informa\u00e7\u00e3o e compara-a com outros dados dos sensores. Para otimizar o consumo de combust\u00edvel e as emiss\u00f5es de escape, a unidade de controlo do motor monitoriza constantemente a posi\u00e7\u00e3o das v\u00e1lvulas do acelerador e regula a sua de ter uma liga\u00e7\u00e3o mec\u00e2nica ao pedal do acelerador. Se a velocidade do motor for aumentada, o pedal do acelerador eletr\u00f3nico recebe o sinal correspondente e envia-o para o sistema de gest\u00e3o do motor. Embora as v\u00e1lvulas sejam novamente utilizadas nos novos motores diesel com inje\u00e7\u00e3o direta, n\u00e3o t\u00eam qualquer influ\u00eancia na prepara\u00e7\u00e3o da mistura combust\u00edvel-ar. Destinam-se apenas a evitar que o motor trema quando \u00e9 desligado.<\/p>\n<h2>V\u00e1lvulas de borboleta na F\u00f3rmula 1<\/h2>\n<p>Na F\u00f3rmula 1, as v\u00e1lvulas de borboleta s\u00e3o componentes indispens\u00e1veis que podem fazer a diferen\u00e7a entre a vit\u00f3ria e a derrota. Durante mais de vinte anos, foram instalados tr\u00eas tipos diferentes de v\u00e1lvulas de acelera\u00e7\u00e3o: A v\u00e1lvula de guilhotina corta abruptamente o fornecimento de ar. S\u00f3 quando \u00e9 novamente aberta \u00e9 que o ar entra na c\u00e2mara de combust\u00e3o. A v\u00e1lvula de borboleta, tamb\u00e9m conhecida por borboleta, est\u00e1 ligada a um eixo rotativo. Se o condutor acelerar a fundo, o ar entra na c\u00e2mara de combust\u00e3o sem qualquer impedimento, uma vez que a <a href=\"\/produtos\/valvulas-de-admissao-1070213\/\">v\u00e1lvula de borboleta<\/a> est\u00e1 na posi\u00e7\u00e3o vertical. Na posi\u00e7\u00e3o horizontal, fecha completamente o fornecimento de ar. Como a v\u00e1lvula de borboleta se assemelha ao bater de asas destes animais, foi-lhe dado o seu nome marcante.<\/p>\n<p>Como terceira op\u00e7\u00e3o, s\u00e3o instaladas as chamadas v\u00e1lvulas de barril nestes motores de alta qualidade.
