Dependendo dos modelos de ve\u00edculos da respectiva gera\u00e7\u00e3o, existem diferentes m\u00e9todos para transferir a energia de alta tens\u00e3o gerada pela bobina de igni\u00e7\u00e3o para a vela de igni\u00e7\u00e3o. Por exemplo, antes da introdu\u00e7\u00e3o da igni\u00e7\u00e3o totalmente eletr\u00f3nica, era utilizado um <a href=\"\/produtos\/rotores-do-distribuidor-de-ignicao-11013\/\">distribuidor de igni\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a> mec\u00e2nico. A quantidade de alta tens\u00e3o gerada pela tens\u00e3o de bordo depende da diferen\u00e7a do n\u00famero de espiras entre o enrolamento prim\u00e1rio e o secund\u00e1rio. Para gerar a fa\u00edsca de igni\u00e7\u00e3o necess\u00e1ria ao arranque do ve\u00edculo, a corrente da tens\u00e3o de bordo passa primeiro pelo enrolamento prim\u00e1rio e cria um campo magn\u00e9tico. Resta apenas interromper o fluxo de corrente e, assim, desligar espontaneamente o campo magn\u00e9tico. O aquecimento e arrefecimento da bobina, juntamente com os processos naturais de envelhecimento, podem causar danos, resultando num curto-circuito e impedindo a bobina de fornecer a alta tens\u00e3o necess\u00e1ria de at\u00e9 30.000V. Isto n\u00e3o significa necessariamente, em todos os casos, que os cilindros em quest\u00e3o falhem de facto; tamb\u00e9m pode haver falhas de igni\u00e7\u00e3o espor\u00e1dicas no in\u00edcio. Se a alta tens\u00e3o gerada pelas bobinas de igni\u00e7\u00e3o for reduzida, as falhas de igni\u00e7\u00e3o ocorrem inicialmente apenas em determinadas gamas de carga do motor, ou seja, quando a press\u00e3o de combust\u00e3o no respetivo cilindro \u00e9 demasiado elevada.<\/p>\n<p>Um motor convencional de quatro cilindros tem normalmente duas bobinas de igni\u00e7\u00e3o, que s\u00e3o concebidas como bobinas de igni\u00e7\u00e3o dupla ou utilizam um distribuidor de igni\u00e7\u00e3o para inflamar o combust\u00edvel em todas as c\u00e2maras de combust\u00e3o. Se uma destas bobinas estiver defeituosa, dois cilindros s\u00e3o frequentemente afectados por uma ligeira falha de igni\u00e7\u00e3o. Os sintomas t\u00edpicos s\u00e3o os seguintes<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Funcionamento irregular do motor, solavancos<\/p>\n<p>-Aumento do consumo de combust\u00edvel<\/p>\n<p>-Perda de pot\u00eancia<\/p>\n<p>-Acendimento da luz de controlo do motor (talvez tamb\u00e9m esporadicamente)<\/p>\n<p>Se estes sintomas estiverem presentes, pode haver uma avaria na bobina de igni\u00e7\u00e3o. Nos ve\u00edculos mais recentes, deve haver uma entrada correspondente na mem\u00f3ria de falhas indicando uma bobina de igni\u00e7\u00e3o defeituosa. A avaria deve ent\u00e3o &#8220;vaguear&#8221;, ocorrendo ent\u00e3o falhas de igni\u00e7\u00e3o nos outros dois cilindros. Ao substituir as bobinas de igni\u00e7\u00e3o, deve ter-se o devido cuidado porque a alta tens\u00e3o pode ser bastante perigosa. Por conseguinte, \u00e9 aconselh\u00e1vel desligar a bateria do ve\u00edculo antes de substituir as bobinas de igni\u00e7\u00e3o. Para al\u00e9m disso, a substitui\u00e7\u00e3o deste componente n\u00e3o \u00e9 normalmente problem\u00e1tica, mesmo para mec\u00e2nicos menos experientes.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Porque_substituir_uma_bobina_de_ignicao\"><\/span>Porqu\u00ea substituir uma bobina de igni\u00e7\u00e3o?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Sem as bobinas de igni\u00e7\u00e3o, n\u00e3o pode haver combust\u00e3o num motor a gasolina. Um defeito \u00e9 raro, mas a \u00fanica solu\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 substituir o componente importante. Por exemplo, num motor a gasolina, a bobina de igni\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 um componente indispens\u00e1vel: a partir da tens\u00e3o de bordo de 12 V, a bobina de igni\u00e7\u00e3o gera uma alta tens\u00e3o que pode ser utilizada para produzir uma fa\u00edsca de igni\u00e7\u00e3o com a ajuda de velas de igni\u00e7\u00e3o. Esta fa\u00edsca de igni\u00e7\u00e3o garante que a mistura combust\u00edvel-ar se inflama em pouco tempo e produz a explos\u00e3o necess\u00e1ria para a propuls\u00e3o.
