No entanto, frequentemente cometem-se erros ao avaliar o estado de desgaste.<\/p>\n<p>Talvez j\u00e1 se tenha encontrado numa situa\u00e7\u00e3o como esta: quer comprar um carro e quer avaliar o estado das pe\u00e7as de desgaste. Verifique se um rolamento do bra\u00e7o de suspens\u00e3o est\u00e1 partido ou se um amortecedor tem uma fuga. Preste tamb\u00e9m aten\u00e7\u00e3o ao estado dos discos de trav\u00e3o. Se n\u00e3o estiver dispon\u00edvel uma pin\u00e7a, confie numa avalia\u00e7\u00e3o visual &#8220;apalpando&#8221; o disco de trav\u00e3o. O diagn\u00f3stico parece ser claro: se se formar uma jante claramente palp\u00e1vel, o disco de trav\u00e3o est\u00e1 pronto para ser substitu\u00eddo, caso contr\u00e1rio, n\u00e3o est\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n<h2>Rebordo do disco de trav\u00e3o: frequentemente sobrestimado<\/h2>\n<p>De um ponto de vista t\u00e9cnico, a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de um rebordo \u00e9 f\u00e1cil de compreender: as pastilhas de<a href=\"\/produtos\/sistema-de-travagem-114\/\"> trav\u00e3o<\/a> n\u00e3o s\u00f3 desgastam o seu pr\u00f3prio material durante a travagem, como tamb\u00e9m causam abras\u00e3o no disco de trav\u00e3o. Como a pastilha n\u00e3o cobre toda a superf\u00edcie do disco, uma pequena \u00e1rea \u00e0 volta da jante n\u00e3o \u00e9 afetada e a espessura do disco n\u00e3o diminui. Por conseguinte, a jante permanece &#8220;intacta&#8221; e o tal\u00e3o \u00e9 vis\u00edvel. Uma vez que o tal\u00e3o n\u00e3o constitui um problema em si, apenas d\u00e1 uma indica\u00e7\u00e3o muito aproximada do desgaste.<\/p>\n<p>O grau de desgaste \u00e9 a chave para saber quando \u00e9 que o disco de trav\u00e3o tem realmente de ser substitu\u00eddo. Isto depende do tipo de disco de trav\u00e3o e pode variar de modelo de ve\u00edculo para modelo de ve\u00edculo ou fabricante de trav\u00f5es. Em qualquer caso, existe uma indica\u00e7\u00e3o no suporte do disco de trav\u00e3o. Os valores seguintes podem servir de refer\u00eancia:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>discos s\u00f3lidos: nova dimens\u00e3o &#8211; 2 mm<\/li>\n<li>discos ventilados: nova dimens\u00e3o &#8211; 3 mm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Esta dimens\u00e3o pode ser determinada com um compasso de calibre. No entanto, o compasso de calibre cl\u00e1ssico mede a espessura do disco \u00e0 volta da sua circunfer\u00eancia. Para resolver este problema, existem ferramentas de medi\u00e7\u00e3o especiais com pontas de medi\u00e7\u00e3o. Pode tamb\u00e9m colocar duas moedas sobre o disco para que o paqu\u00edmetro n\u00e3o atinja as arestas. Naturalmente, a espessura das moedas deve ser medida separadamente e subtra\u00edda do valor total. Com um compasso de calibre digital, em particular, n\u00e3o \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio subtrair, basta escolher um novo ponto zero depois de medir a espessura das moedas.<\/p>\n<h2>Que danos podem sofrer os discos de trav\u00e3o?<\/h2>\n<p>Para al\u00e9m do desgaste habitual dos discos de trav\u00e3o, outros danos podem fazer com que seja necess\u00e1rio substitu\u00ed-los. Um problema t\u00edpico s\u00e3o os riscos graves, que podem ser causados por part\u00edculas de sujidade no disco ou na pastilha de trav\u00e3o. Estes riscos conduzem frequentemente a uma travagem insuficiente e a uma &#8220;vibra\u00e7\u00e3o&#8221; dos trav\u00f5es. Se esta \u00faltima for acentuada, de modo a que o pedal do trav\u00e3o pulse como se o ABS estivesse envolvido, o disco do trav\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m pode estar deformado.<\/p>\n<div
