Por exemplo, em 1978, o Diretor T\u00e9cnico da Saab, Henrik Gustafsson, e o designer-chefe Bj\u00f6rn Envall apresentaram a evolu\u00e7\u00e3o do popular Saab 99, e assim, lan\u00e7aram um autom\u00f3vel amadurecido, mas de alguma forma \u201cdiferente\u201d. Al\u00e9m disso, os designers colocaram a igni\u00e7\u00e3o classicamente entre os bancos da frente, fizeram os para-choques com uma esp\u00e9cie de auto-repara\u00e7\u00e3o \ud83d\ude0a e equiparam o banco do condutor com aquecimento de s\u00e9rie, porque, como \u00e9 sabido, no norte est\u00e1 quase sempre frio. Dessa forma, o carro combina inova\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica com conforto adaptado \u00e0s condi\u00e7\u00f5es locais.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_35585\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-35585\" style=\"width: 1300px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-35585 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.motointegrator.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/Saab-900-02.jpg\" alt=\"Limousine\" width=\"1300\" height=\"975\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-35585\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">O Turbo de duas portas foi fabricado na Finl\u00e2ndia!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Tecnicamente, muito do predecessor Saab 99 foi inicialmente aproveitado, mas com melhorias cont\u00ednuas. At\u00e9 1988, a for\u00e7a do trav\u00e3o de m\u00e3o atuava, curiosamente, nas rodas da frente, o que hoje causa alguns momentos de frustra\u00e7\u00e3o ao ajustar o sistema. O sedan hatchback, igualmente invulgar, com para-brisas curvo e tr\u00eas ou cinco portas, veio apenas com motores a gasolina e, a partir de 1980, recebeu uma vers\u00e3o sedan cl\u00e1ssica. A Saab desenvolveu cedo a nova tecnologia do turbo neste segmento, e os sed\u00e3s turbo, hoje muito procurados, eram os modelos topo de gama da marca sueca.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_35586\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-35586\" style=\"width: 1300px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-35586 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.motointegrator.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/Saab-900-03.jpg\" alt=\"Saab 900\" width=\"1300\" height=\"975\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-35586\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">No Saab 900, percebe-se a heran\u00e7a aeron\u00e1utica<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p data-start=\"159\" data-end=\"596\">A partir do in\u00edcio dos anos 80, a Saab introduziu os novos motores H, muito mais robustos e confi\u00e1veis do que os antigos motores B. A marca tamb\u00e9m aperfei\u00e7oou os motores turbo, equipando-os com sensor de detona\u00e7\u00e3o, unidade de controlo pr\u00f3pria, v\u00e1lvula de bypass com acionamento a v\u00e1cuo e v\u00e1lvula de regula\u00e7\u00e3o de press\u00e3o do turbo. Essas melhorias permitiam que os condutores usassem combust\u00edvel de baixa qualidade sem danificar o motor.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"598\" data-end=\"874\">Quem n\u00e3o \u00e9 especialista em Saab enfrenta, inicialmente, um verdadeiro enigma ao mexer no motor: o capot pesado abre \u2014 como nos BMW da \u00e9poca \u2014 em dire\u00e7\u00e3o contr\u00e1ria ao para-brisas. Sem essa informa\u00e7\u00e3o, os condutores procuram longamente o mecanismo de abertura e as dobradi\u00e7as\u2026<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_35587\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-35587\" style=\"width: 1300px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-35587 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.motointegrator.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/Saab-900-04.jpg\" alt=\"Saab\" width=\"1300\" height=\"975\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-35587\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">O som do turbo 16V d\u00e1 arrepios<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Mesmo_apos_a_atualizacao_de_modelo_continua_%E2%80%9Cespecial%E2%80%9D\"><\/span>Mesmo ap\u00f3s a atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o de modelo, continua \u201cespecial\u201d<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"194\" data-end=\"432\">Ap\u00f3s uma atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o maior em 1986 \u2014 praticamente a \u00fanica na primeira s\u00e9rie do 900 \u2014 o cabriolet, j\u00e1 apresentado em 1983, entrou finalmente em produ\u00e7\u00e3o em s\u00e9rie. Foram produzidas mais de 48.000 unidades, alcan\u00e7ando sucesso consider\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"434\" data-end=\"699\">Este Saab sem teto fixo foi fabricado, entre outros modelos, pela Valmet na cidade finlandesa de Uusikaupunki. \u00c9 exatamente a\u00ed que entra o nosso modelo fotogr\u00e1fico. O que distingue os carros do norte da Su\u00e9cia ou da Finl\u00e2ndia \u00e9 a excelente prote\u00e7\u00e3o opcional contra ferrugem. Nas estradas pedregosas perto do C\u00edrculo Polar, muitos ve\u00edculos \u2014 ao contr\u00e1rio do resto da Europa \u2014 eram literalmente \u201cbanhados\u201d em camadas de Dinol ou Mike Sanders logo ap\u00f3s a entrega, garantindo um estado muito bom. Ao contr\u00e1rio de outros cl\u00e1ssicos, pe\u00e7as de reposi\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o s\u00e3o problema, gra\u00e7as \u00e0 produ\u00e7\u00e3o total de mais de 900.000 unidades e \u00e0s poucas mudan\u00e7as de modelo. Alguns revendedores fabricam pe\u00e7as especiais, mas a maioria dos consum\u00edveis est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel em v\u00e1rios fornecedores, incluindo ainda grande variedade na nossa loja. Os motores, que sempre consomem um pouco de \u00f3leo, facilmente ultrapassam 300.000 km. Hinne elogia os f\u00f3runs, clubes e grupos locais, todos muito prestativos, e f\u00e1ceis de encontrar online.
