Falar ao telefone, enviar mensagens de texto ou qualquer outra atividade nos smartphones p\u00f5e em risco a sua vida e \u00e9, por isso, estritamente proibido. Um olhar r\u00e1pido \u00e9 permitido, mas segurar o aparelho enquanto conduz n\u00e3o \u00e9 permitido. Se quiser falar ao telefone enquanto conduz, deve utilizar um sistema m\u00e3os-livres ou parar o ve\u00edculo e desligar o motor. A proibi\u00e7\u00e3o aplica-se n\u00e3o s\u00f3 \u00e0 utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de telem\u00f3veis, mas tamb\u00e9m \u00e0 utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de outros dispositivos electr\u00f3nicos, como navegadores, gravadores \u00e1udio, tablets ou e-readers. A utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de um telem\u00f3vel como dispositivo de navega\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00f3 \u00e9 permitida se este for colocado num suporte e n\u00e3o for segurado ou operado durante a condu\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<h3>Que cal\u00e7ado posso usar ao conduzir?<\/h3>\n<p>\u00c9 poss\u00edvel conduzir descal\u00e7o ou de chinelos? Tamb\u00e9m neste caso, muitas pessoas t\u00eam d\u00favidas. Com chinelos nos p\u00e9s, n\u00e3o tem de temer uma multa num controlo de tr\u00e2nsito. Mas \u00e9 aconselh\u00e1vel que o evite, para evitar acidentes. O risco de escorregar dos pedais ou de n\u00e3o conseguir carregar no pedal do trav\u00e3o a tempo \u00e9 elevado. Isto pode ter consequ\u00eancias graves e ser considerado um comportamento negligente em caso de acidente. Se a causa do acidente se dever a este facto, deve esperar, pelo menos, uma coima. Se outra pessoa ficar ferida, pode tamb\u00e9m ser alvo de um mandado de captura.<\/p>\n<p>O seguro de responsabilidade civil cobre sempre os danos causados a terceiros, independentemente do cal\u00e7ado que o condutor cal\u00e7ava. No entanto, do ponto de vista do direito dos seguros, isto pode ser problem\u00e1tico porque, no pior dos casos, o seguro global reduz a indemniza\u00e7\u00e3o por neglig\u00eancia grave ou recusa-se a cobrir os custos incorridos com o seu pr\u00f3prio autom\u00f3vel. Ser\u00e1 dif\u00edcil provar que o acidente teria acontecido da mesma forma com cal\u00e7ado adequado. Mesmo as solas dos p\u00e9s descal\u00e7os n\u00e3o s\u00e3o seguras no tr\u00e2nsito. Por isso, use cal\u00e7ado adequado, firme e fechado quando conduzir. Se vai para o lago, pode continuar a usar chinelos quando l\u00e1 chegar.<\/p>\n<h3>E quanto ao vestu\u00e1rio durante a condu\u00e7\u00e3o?<\/h3>\n<p>No ver\u00e3o, faz calor n\u00e3o s\u00f3 fora, mas tamb\u00e9m dentro do carro. \u00c9 claro que \u00e9 muito tentador conduzir com roupas curtas ou mesmo com um biqu\u00edni. Embora n\u00e3o seja proibido, uma vez que n\u00e3o existe um c\u00f3digo de vestu\u00e1rio para conduzir, n\u00e3o o deve fazer, pois pode ser acusado de exibicionismo. Por conseguinte, \u00e9 aconselh\u00e1vel que se vista adequadamente enquanto conduz. Sem prote\u00e7\u00e3o, corre o risco de se ferir em diferentes situa\u00e7\u00f5es, como arranh\u00f5es e cortes quando trava a fundo e o cinto de seguran\u00e7a penetra na sua pele. O atrito tamb\u00e9m pode causar-lhe queimaduras.<\/p>\n<h3>E quanto ao vestu\u00e1rio de inverno?<\/h3>\n<p>\u00c9 permitido conduzir um autom\u00f3vel com um casaco pesado, cachecol, chap\u00e9u e luvas? Tamb\u00e9m deve evit\u00e1-lo, mesmo que n\u00e3o seja proibido por lei. \u00c9 prefer\u00edvel que tire um casaco grosso e forrado quando conduz. Este limita a sua mobilidade e a sua capacidade de rea\u00e7\u00e3o ao volante. Um capuz grande pode impedi-lo de ver para tr\u00e1s quando olha por cima do ombro. O cinto de seguran\u00e7a tamb\u00e9m est\u00e1 fora do s\u00edtio. Pode tamb\u00e9m soltar-se facilmente e causar ferimentos ligeiros ou mesmo cortar o abd\u00f3men num acidente mais grave. Isto pode ferir os \u00f3rg\u00e3os internos.<\/p>\n<p>Quando usar um cachecol e um chap\u00e9u, certifique-se de que a visibilidade n\u00e3o \u00e9 prejudicada e que as luvas n\u00e3o dificultam o manuseamento dos elementos. Evite tamb\u00e9m botas de inverno pesadas, pois dificultam a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos pedais do trav\u00e3o e do acelerador. Utilize um cal\u00e7ado que lhe permita reagir sempre de forma adequada.
