Num motor diesel, esta calha \u00e9 um tubo de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o. A tradu\u00e7\u00e3o livre em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao motor diesel seria, portanto, em princ\u00edpio, &#8220;tubo distribuidor comum&#8221;.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Como_funciona_este_sistema\"><\/span>Como funciona este sistema?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>O sistema de inje\u00e7\u00e3o Common Rail para um motor diesel \u00e9 composto por v\u00e1rios conjuntos e componentes. Uma bomba de combust\u00edvel de baixa press\u00e3o no dep\u00f3sito de combust\u00edvel bombeia o gas\u00f3leo atrav\u00e9s de um<a href=\"http:\/\/t\/produtos\/filtros-de-combustivel-10103\/\"> filtro de combust\u00edvel<\/a> para a bomba de alta press\u00e3o no motor. Uma v\u00e1lvula doseadora de combust\u00edvel ajusta a quantidade de combust\u00edvel fornecida \u00e0 bomba de alta press\u00e3o em fun\u00e7\u00e3o da procura.<\/p>\n<p>Neste sistema de inje\u00e7\u00e3o, a bomba de alta press\u00e3o est\u00e1 normalmente acoplada ao motor. O desempenho da bomba \u00e9 concebido de modo a que esteja sempre dispon\u00edvel combust\u00edvel suficiente a uma press\u00e3o suficientemente elevada, independentemente do estado de funcionamento do motor. A bomba de alta press\u00e3o gera uma press\u00e3o de at\u00e9 3.000 bar no tubo distribuidor. A press\u00e3o \u00e9 a mesma em todo o sistema. Em caso de necessidade, um limitador de press\u00e3o alivia o tubo distribuidor e devolve o combust\u00edvel em excesso ao dep\u00f3sito.<\/p>\n<p>O tubo distribuidor serve de acumulador de press\u00e3o e de reservat\u00f3rio de combust\u00edvel durante a inje\u00e7\u00e3o. Isto permite igualar as flutua\u00e7\u00f5es de press\u00e3o no sistema causadas pela bomba de alta press\u00e3o. Por conseguinte, os sistemas de inje\u00e7\u00e3o Common Rail s\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m designados por inje\u00e7\u00e3o com acumulador.<\/p>\n<p>Os injectores s\u00e3o controlados pela unidade de controlo do motor para injetar o combust\u00edvel nos cilindros. Com o sistema Common Rail diesel, tanto a quantidade de inje\u00e7\u00e3o como o tempo de inje\u00e7\u00e3o podem ser controlados separadamente para cada cilindro utilizando a eletr\u00f3nica. A alta press\u00e3o atomiza o combust\u00edvel injetado de forma muito fina. A quantidade relativamente pequena de combust\u00edvel que \u00e9 injectada inicialmente significa que a combust\u00e3o num motor diesel Common Rail \u00e9 mais suave. O engasgamento t\u00edpico de um motor diesel \u00e9 reduzido e o motor \u00e9 submetido a menos esfor\u00e7o. Um motor diesel Common Rail funciona de forma muito mais suave do que outros motores diesel.<\/p>\n<p>A inje\u00e7\u00e3o principal subsequente tamb\u00e9m pode ser dividida em duas fases. A esta fase segue-se normalmente o que se designa por p\u00f3s-inje\u00e7\u00e3o. A inje\u00e7\u00e3o final de combust\u00edvel destina-se a reduzir a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de fuligem no motor e, no caso dos catalisadores SCR, a reduzir os valores de NOx. A p\u00f3s-inje\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 tamb\u00e9m frequentemente utilizada para queimar os filtros de part\u00edculas diesel. Num motor diesel Common Rail, estas fases de inje\u00e7\u00e3o podem ser controladas individualmente para cada cilindro, dependendo do estado de funcionamento do motor.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Quais_sao_as_vantagens_de_um_diesel_Common_Rail\"><\/span>Quais s\u00e3o as vantagens de um diesel Common Rail?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Um diesel Common Rail oferece v\u00e1rias vantagens em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a outros sistemas de inje\u00e7\u00e3o, como o sistema de bico de bomba ou os antigos diesel de pr\u00e9-c\u00e2mara. As vantagens deste sistema s\u00e3o<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Consumo de combust\u00edvel reduzido devido \u00e0 sua alta efici\u00eancia<\/li>\n<li>Comparativamente amigo do ambiente devido \u00e0 redu\u00e7\u00e3o das emiss\u00f5es poluentes<\/li>\n<li>Funcionamento pouco ruidoso, funcionamento suave do motor<\/li>\n<li>Torque e pot\u00eancia elevados<\/li>\n<li>Filtros de part\u00edculas f\u00e1ceis de limpar atrav\u00e9s da p\u00f3s-inje\u00e7\u00e3o<\/li>\n<li>Custos de sistema mais baixos para motores diesel de 6 e 8 cilindros<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Devido \u00e0 sua conce\u00e7\u00e3o, um sistema de inje\u00e7\u00e3o diesel Common Rail \u00e9 mais favor\u00e1vel a partir de um determinado n\u00famero de cilindros do que um sistema de inje\u00e7\u00e3o por bico de bomba, por exemplo. Com a inje\u00e7\u00e3o por bico de bomba, cada bico de inje\u00e7\u00e3o tem a sua pr\u00f3pria bomba, que \u00e9 controlada separadamente da \u00e1rvore de cames. Com um sistema de inje\u00e7\u00e3o common-rail, n\u00e3o faz grande diferen\u00e7a para os custos se os injectores de 4, 6 ou 8 cilindros est\u00e3o ligados ao tubo distribuidor.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Quais_sao_as_desvantagens_de_um_diesel_Common_Rail\"><\/span>Quais s\u00e3o as desvantagens de um diesel Common Rail?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Como todos os sistemas, este n\u00e3o tem apenas vantagens. Tem tamb\u00e9m algumas desvantagens. As principais desvantagens deste sistema s\u00e3o<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Necessidade de combust\u00edvel de alta qualidade<\/li>\n<li>Os injectores s\u00e3o sens\u00edveis \u00e0 contamina\u00e7\u00e3o<\/li>\n<li>As repara\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o demoradas e dispendiosas<\/li>\n<li>Os filtros de combust\u00edvel t\u00eam de ser substitu\u00eddos com maior frequ\u00eancia<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Com um gas\u00f3leo common-rail, nota-se imediatamente que o combust\u00edvel n\u00e3o tem a qualidade exigida pelo motor. O motor funciona de forma irregular e o desempenho diminui. No entanto, um dos maiores pontos fracos \u00e9 a sensibilidade dos injectores \u00e0s impurezas. Por isso, \u00e9 importante substituir regularmente o filtro de combust\u00edvel num diesel common rail, de acordo com as instru\u00e7\u00f5es do fabricante. O primeiro ve\u00edculo do mundo a circular nas estradas com um diesel common rail foi um cami\u00e3o IFA W50 da VEB IFA Motorenwerke em Nordhausen. No final de 1993, as patentes foram adquiridas \u00e0 Bosch e a tecnologia common rail continuou a ser desenvolvida.
